个人简介

王瑞华，副教授，硕士生导师，中共党员。2016年毕业于东南大学控制理论与控制工程专业，工学博士。2016年9月入职402永利集团。曾赴新加坡南洋理工大学学术访问。主要致力于机器人控制与应用、强化学习控制、大模型接入的控制应用、混杂系统等。在领域国内外核心期刊和重要国际会议发表学术论文30余篇，其中第一/通讯作者SCI收录论文25篇，ESI高被引论文2篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金、山东省高校科技计划项目、教育部重点实验室开放基金项目等，参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家重点实验室基金项目。主持402永利集团本科教学改革与研究项目。指导研究生获山东省优秀硕士学位论文，指导本科生获402永利集团优秀毕业设计（论文），获优秀班主任称号，指导国家级大学生创新训练项目，指导学生获得多项国家级省级竞赛奖。
